Glamour model Katie Price finally got married to her cagefighter fiancé of the last months, Alex Reid in a quickie Las Vegas ceremony on Tuesday night that the pair kept quiet from everyone, including their parents.
Although Price’s marriage to Peter Andre was quite lavish in 2005, this time she kept it small with only a limited number of guests and of course a few television channels and paparazzi.
An official statement from the pair read that they are delighted to announce that they were married in Las Vegas on February 2nd at 4pm. According to the couple, they are in love and looking forward to celebrating their nuptials with family and friends.
After their ceremony the couple headed back to their $10,000 per night penthouse, which proves that you do not need a lavish wedding if you have a lavish honeymoon suite.
A source close to the pair said that Price was extremely excited and that she is in love with Reid who is excellent with her children.
Price and Reid are thought to have offered a one million pound deal for exclusive wedding pictures, which occurred less than a year after she left Andre.
Reid’s parents have spoken out to the press saying they are happy for their son and that they had no idea that the couple was going to get married until just a few hours before it happened. His parents added that they were not disappointed they missed the wedding, but glad that the couple is happy.
